IN PRAISE OF RISK
Ghosted, produced by Apple Original Films, Skydance Media, and Studio Concierge, released on Apple TV+. Directed by BAFTA-nominated British filmmaker Dexter Fletcher, the film stars; Oscar nominee Ana de Armas and Chris Evans share it. Also in the supporting role is American actor Adrien Brody, who won an Oscar Academy Award at the age of twenty-nine after playing Wladyslaw Szpilman in The Pianist. It was penned by Deadpool writers Rhett Rheese and Paul Wernick, as well as Spider-Man: No Way Home writers Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers. You will have fun and laugh a lot in this production, which will be watched with admiration by action and adventure lovers. In the movie; An ordinary farmer named Cole finds himself on a dangerous spy adventure after he (takes a risk) to London after Sadie, whom he fell deeply in love with on the first date. However, this risk takes his life to a whole new level. French philosopher and psychoanalyst Anne Dufourmantelle shakes Western philosophy, psychoanalysis, politics, and ethics to the core in her masterwork book, In Praise of Risk. Dufourmantelle; “As we have ever known, the greatest risk is to love.” In his book, the philosopher tells us the importance of leaving the womb of loneliness and the shelter of familiarity. We see that the character of Cole in the movie takes the biggest risk (as Dufourmantelle says in his book) and takes action for the sake of his beloved, and despite everything, he never gives up on his love.
TOPIC OF THE FILM
Handsome young Cole falls head over heels in love with Sadie, the mysterious woman he just met. However, she later shocks to discover that he is a secret agent. Before Cole can decide on a second date with Sadie, he finds himself embarking on an international adventure to save the world.

GHOSTED
Initially, BAFTA award winner Scarlett Johansson would reunite with Chris Evans, with whom she shared the screen, in more than nine films (many of them in the Marvel Cinematic Universe). However, Johansson left the project due to the unsuitable shooting schedule. Johansson was replaced by Ana de Armas, another actress with whom Evans often worked. Before; Evans and Armas, who acted together in the films Knives Out (2019) and Gray Man (2022), achieved a very good synergy in this production, and produced a successful action production.
